Register today for the Boys & Girls Club of Milford, CT Walnut Beach Ice Cream 5K Run/Walk happening on Sunday, August 6 at Walnut Beach in Milford, CT. (Register before July 15 to receive a race t-shirt.)
The free Fun Run (for youth 10 and under – registration is required) starts at 8AM, with the 5K Run/Walk starts at 8:30AM.

Details
- USATF 5K Course
- Cost per runner: $30
- Animals are not allowed to take part in the race
- All proceeds benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Milford programming and initiatives
- 7AM:
- Day of registration opens (day of registrations may not receive a shirt)
- Pre-registered runners can pick up their bibs and shirts
- 8AM: Kids Fun Run (FREE)
- 8:30AM: 5K Run/Walk start
- 9:30AM: Timing concludes
