Weather Impacts Foran Football Schedule

With inclement weather in the forecast, tonight’s Foran at Lyman Hall football game has been postponed.

Foran and Lyman Hall will now play Saturday at 10 a.m. in Wallingford.

Jonathan Law and Platt Tech are off this week.

The National Weather Service has issued a “Hazardous Weather Outlook” for New Haven County as “thunderstorms ahead of a cold front late this afternoon and early this evening could produce an isolated damaging wind gust or two.”

Here are the specifics on the timing of the possible unsettled weather:

Showers and thunderstorms are likely after 5 p.m. and could continue until 9 p.m. Up to a quarter of an inch of rain is predicted, the National Weather Service states. Lingering showers will end after midnight.
