Woman Helped Set-Up Milford Home Invasion: PD

A woman charged in connection with the January home invasion on Naugatuck Avenue helped orchestrate the incident, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A woman charged in the January Naugatuck Avenue home invasion helped two other suspects by providing information about the victim's belongings, according to police.

The victim told police he had been in a relationship with Dominque Jackson, 25, since October and that he suspected she was involved in the incident, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by Hearst CT Media.

Police found messages between Jackson and Trotman that contained images of the victim's jewelry and appraisal forms, according to the warrant. The victim also told police Jackson asked if he was home shortly before the home invasion.

The victim told police that two armed men pretended to be Amazon delivery drivers and forced their way into his residence when he went to take delivery of a package. Police charged Shane Gordon, 25, and Jahsim Trotman, 25, with home invasion.

Tens of thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, cash and a gun were taken during the incident, police said.

Jackson was charged with home invasion, first-degree robbery, first-degree larceny and conspiracy. She was released after posting a $150,000 bond.
