Community Update

Sad to read the story. Is it that cut and dry? I would like to think there is another side to the story, but WOW. I've had rude customers but they are usually cussing, throwing things etc. I've never banned someone over a child asking questions. Did the woman really not shrug off the question? Or did she complain after the child left? Please tell me there is another side to this story and you did not just do this over something this trivial...
