490 Homes Affected by Natural Gas Service Interruption: Eversource

MONROE, CT-- The Town of Monroe announced Monday evening that Eversource Energy is repairing a natural gas line in your area. In order to perform the work, Monroe household residents with natural gas may have their service temporarily interrupted.

Eversource said in a statement:

"Please be assured that the area is safe and Eversource crews are on site. You will see our technicians going door to door to visit homes in your neighborhood to shut off meters. All Eversource employees have company-issued identification.To ensure your safety, please turn off all natural gas appliances."
