• Apartments, Restaurant, Retail Space Proposed For Monroe Property (patch.com) — A new mixed-use building with ground-floor restaurant and retail space and 20 one-bedroom apartments is being proposed for 715 Main Street in Monroe. The town’s Architectural Review Board has issued a favorable recommendation, while asking for more design details, and the Planning and Zoning Commission is slated to decide on the project on May 21.
