MONROE, CT — Masuk football remained undefeated Thursday night with a 28-14 win over North Haven, powered by a standout all-around performance from senior Tanner Walker, according to CT Insider.
Walker scored the first two touchdowns of the game, helping Masuk jump out to a 15-0 lead. Quarterback Aaron Champagne added a 1-yard touchdown run to send the Panthers into halftime ahead 22-0. Champagne later connected with Albert Morgenthaler for another score as Masuk built a 28-0 advantage.
Walker finished with more than 100 receiving yards in addition to his two rushing touchdowns and also completed a 36-yard pass.
Masuk improved to 2-0 and will face Joel Barlow next Friday in an SWC matchup.
