Are You Up For The Monroe Amazing Challenge?

All members of the public can sign up for the event.

The Monroe Chamber of Commerce is excited to open registration for the Monroe Amazing Challenge, a new and innovative town-wide race which will be held on August 29 from 1 to 4 p.m.

As the first of its kind to reach the community, The Monroe Amazing Challenge promises to bring puzzles, prizes, and an afternoon of fun for those looking to participate.

The Monroe Amazing Challenge, hosted by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by Victorinox Swiss Army, is a town-wide race where teams of two must complete physical and mental challenges at business and public locations to obtain clues for further locations. The identity of these locations is safe-guarded under lock-and-key, so racers must be quick on their wits to figure out where and how many clues are needed to obtain the grand prize.

The afternoon is guaranteed to lead racers throughout the town, where brain-bending, physical endurance and creative thinking challenges must be conquered in order to gain a cash prize of $250 and ultimate, town-wide bragging rights.

The event is open to any person up for the challenge, not simply Monroe residents. Racers must be at least 16-years-old, as driving is required to move from one location to the next. One team member must be 18 or older.
