Bill's Drive In to Host 9/11 Memorial Car Show

The free event will commemorate the 10th anniversary of the tragic moment in American history.

Monroe Street Rodders and Bill's Drive In will host a 9/11 Memorial Car Show at the 431 Monroe Turnpike eatery on Saturday, Sept. 10, from 4:30 to 9 p.m. The event is free.

Representatives from neighboring police and fire departments and state police will be in attendance to help honor loved-ones lost on that tragic day.

"Each day after their passing they should be in our thoughts and prayers, but the 10th anniversary should be a special remembrance," a press release on the 9/11 car show stated.

Though the event is free, food and drinks may be purchased at Bill's.

While remembering those who lost their lives on 9/11, visitors can view a beautiful collection of classic cars. Trophies will be awarded for the best ones in different categories.
