Aquatic Programs and More Offered at Masuk Pool
Masuk pool offers swim lessons, open swim times and is the ideal place for birthday parties.

Masuk Pool is the ideal place for birthday parties, youth groups, scouts and sports teams. To check for availability and to reserve a date, please call the Parks and Recreation Department at 203-452-2806. Currently, most Saturday afternoons from 2-4 can be reserved. Beginning January 4th, Friday evenings from 6-7:30 will also be offered. Please visit our website www.monroerec.org for the Masuk Pool Party Permit.
Session 1 for Swim Lessons is in progress. Please remember to register by October 30th for session 2. Session 2 will run on November 7, 8, 14, 15, 20 and 21. Various times are offered in the evenings for different levels. Register by November 13th for Parent & Child Aquatics for children ages 2-4 and Preschool Aquatics for children age 4 and 5. These two aquatic programs for young children will be on Saturdays starting on November 17 through December 8.
Open swim times through December 22 are Monday-Thursday 6-8 pm, Friday 6:30-8 pm, and Saturday 12:30-2 pm. Please check our website for any changes and cancellations. If school is closed for a holiday or inclement weather the pool is also closed. Currently, the following dates are closed: October 20, 30; November 12, 21, 22, 23. (2013 times will be posted on the website when determined.) The pool is open for all individuals with memberships and/or those paying the daily fee. Masuk Pool Memberships are sold only at the pool during open swim hours and are valid for one year from the purchase date.

Masuk Pool is located at Masuk High School, 1014 Monroe Turnpike. During evening swim, enter the pool from the far-left side of the school as you face the building from the main driveway. Go down either set of stairs and enter via locker rooms. The pool is 25 yards long,six lanes wide, ranges from 4 to 12 feet deep and has 2 one meter boards. There are male and female locker rooms with full sized lockers (usable for that day's/night's visit only), showers and hairdryers. Spectators/non-pool users can utilize the bleacher area, which has a capacity of over 500 people that can be accessed from the upper hallway. Pool users can enter through the locker rooms.
