From Charter Cable:

Charter CTV-21 is now located on Channel 192. We have upgraded our facilities to provide
the latest equipment, training and guidance to any member of the local community who
would like to create their own show to air on CTV-192. A new free training course is
beginning soon and no experience is necessary. The next course starts February 5, 2015.
The CTV training program teaches: studio and field camera operation, editing, lighting,
audio and more. Graduates of the program gain confidence, networking and
communication skills, and are invited to stay on as producers and volunteers.
No previous experience is necessary, just the desire to explore your creative or technical
side. This is perfect for residents who either have a program idea or want to learn how to
find a local topic and capture it. The CTV staff teaches with patience and enthusiasm, but
space is limited. Applications are due by January 29th
