Commercial Brokers to Take a Bus Tour of Monroe Properties
The Economic Development Commission will host the Fairfield County Commercial Brokers Network monthly meeting this Friday

The Monroe Economic Development Commission will host the Fairfield County Commercial Brokers Network monthly meeting at noon on Friday, June 24. The FCCBN luncheon meeting will take place at the Edith Wheeler Memorial Library.
Following the luncheon meeting, the well respected FCCBN members, mostly from Southwestern Fairfield County, will be taken on a VIP Bus tour of the Industrial Park, Commercial and Retail properties and buildings throughout the main business arteries of Monroe. Along the way they will be treated to the town's pastoral and rural nature.
“We hope by bringing all these 'eyeballs' to Monroe it will entice the Brokers to consider Monroe when they have business owners looking for less expensive property and closer facilities to their employee base,” said Lee Hossler, chairman of the Economic Development Commission. “Many of Monroe’s residents work down county and reducing their daily commute would be a great perk.”
