Developer Pitches More Units At Monroe 55+ Community

The developer wants to add some more units to a proposed development.

MONROE, CT — The developer of a 55+ community on Purdy Hill and Cutlers Farms roads wants to add 10 more two-bedroom units after the state made changes to its health code.

A Planning and Zoning Commission meeting is scheduled for Jan. 16, according to the Monroe Sun. The developer's original plans called for 15 housing units.
