Meditation and Relaxation for Your Health

Nadine Richardson, RYT, shares techniques that can bring about a sense of calm, peace and balance, reduce stress and benefit both your emotional well being and your overall health. Anyone can practice meditation. It’s simple, inexpensive, and it doesn’t require any special equipment. Dress comfortably. Bring a cushion, blanket or mat, if you wish. Comfortable chairs will also be available.
