The Monroe Historical Society is preparing for their tag
sale to be held on Saturday, May 4 and 5 from 10 – 3 at The Eliot Beardsley
House at 31 Great Ring Road. Nancy
Zorena is chairman of the event assisted by Kathy Baletta. To make arrangements for donations of items
for the sale, call Nancy at 203-261-8554 or Kathy at 203-268-3516. We are looking for any clean and usable items
from small kitchen items to pieces of furniture, toys and games, vintage
collectibles, small appliances in working order, etc.
Profits from the sale
will be used towards the preservation of the buildings and collections of the
Monroe Historical Society
