Prenatal Yoga

Safe and gentle Prenatal Yoga offered in a comfortable and welcoming setting.  Four classes per week (including evenings and weekend) are currently on the schedule.  Come to any or all. 

We also offer prenatal massage, infant/toddler CPR, Childbirth Ed and Breastfeeding classes and two postnatal support groups.

No prior yoga experience required; all trimesters welcome.  Moms of multiples welcome too!
