'Goes Beyond Her Job': Monroe Community Leader Heather LeMoult

MONROE, CT — Without community leaders, Monroe wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

How do you know the community leader?

She runs the Senior housing community in town of Monroe

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

She took over a year ago and did an excellent job of reorganizing the community here after the retirement of the previous director. She started a monthly meeting for the community here at Fairway Acres for the tenants to voice any concerns they may have.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

She's a dedicated individual who enjoys helping seniors in the community here. She goes beyond her job!!!
