Breathe into the new year with this gentle yet energizing vinyasa flow class. We will explore a variety of poses and calming breathing exercises aimed to bring you balance and peace as you begin the New Year.

Muktinath Holistic Center was founded by Sierra North. The vision of the holistic center came after a spiritual journey that Sierra took in the Himalayas of Nepal.
