Joe Andruzzi Foundation Looks To The Future At 11th Annual Gala

MONROE, CT - From Joe Andruzzi Foundation: On Thursday, November 15, Joe and Jen Andruzzi, co-founders of the Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF), celebrated among Foundation supporters at the 11th Annual JAF Gala at Gillette Stadium. This annual event is crucial in raising funds for the Foundation’s mission of alleviating the financial burden on cancer patients and their families throughout New England. Presented by J.Derenzo Companies, this year’s gala recognized the Foundation’s commitment to “paying it forward” and took the opportunity to acknowledge those who have provided ongoing support over the years.

Hosted by 98.5 The Sports Hub play-by-play radio broadcaster of the New England Patriots, Bob Socci, the evening welcomed athletes and local celebrities including former Red Sox player and NESN commentator, Jerry Remy, and Bachelor in Paradise couple, Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon, who mixed and mingled with guests. The Foundation also recognized its 2018 (Up)Beat Award Recipients, Nate and Lexi Solder, honoring their philanthropy and longstanding commitment to the JAF mission. By the end of the evening, $1.2 million had been raised, allowing the Foundation to continue its mission and help even more cancer patients and their families in the years to come.
