Joseph graduated from Masuk High School in 1988 and from Fairfield University in 1993 with a bachelor’s degree in management. He was employed as a sales project manager for Kelley Brothers Hardware in Trumbull, for 21 years.
Joseph’s home was in the Sandy Hook section of Newtown, the town in which he was an active and respected member of the community.
