Maple Craft Foods Raises Funds For Monroe Playground: Report

The Sandy Hook-based maple products company also is helping raise money for war-torn Ukraine.

MONROE, CT — Sandy Hook-based Maple Craft Foods is helping to raise funds through March 18 for The Wolfe’s Den Playground project at Wolfe Park in Monroe, reported The Monroe Sun.

The community playground project is scheduled to begin construction in May.

Additionally, the company is donating $1 for every bottle of Maple Craft Syrup the company sells on its website to support Ukraine as the eastern European country battles against an invasion from Russia.

"We stand with President Zelensky and Ukraine as they fight to defend their freedom," the company wrote on Facebook (see below).

Maple Craft Foods, founded in 2014 by the Ackert Family, specializes in natural maple syrups and related products.
