Monroe Teacher Placed on Administrative Leave After 'Inappropriate Behavior' Alleged
A student at the school reported alleged 'inappropriate behavior.'

Monroe Superintendent of Schools Jim Agostine told NBC Connecticut that a teacher at Masuk High School has been placed on administrative leave after a student reported “inappropriate behavior” to the school resource officer.
The incident, which has not been disclosed, has been reported to the school administration, Police Department and the state Department of Children and Families were notified, NBC Connecticut reports.
“This is an unfortunate situation and I want you to be reassured that we addressed it immediately and we will continue to work closely with the proper authorities to resolve this issue,” Agostine wrote, according to NBC Connecticut.
