Masuk Robotics Teams Head To World Championship

The student-led teams will compete against more than 2,000 teams from around the world later this month.

MONROE, CT — Two student-led robotics teams from Masuk High School have qualified for an international competition later this month, school officials said.

The teams will compete in the VEX Robotics World Championship, scheduled for April 21–30 in St. Louis. The event is expected to bring together more than 2,000 teams from across the United States and dozens of other countries.

Students competing in the event design, build and program their own robots, which are then used in fast-paced matches that test strategy, teamwork and technical skills.
