Monroe and Newtown Were Equal in Home Sales Last Week
Just two homes sold in each town.
Two homes sold in Monroe between July 19 and 26, both mid-size colonials, one of which was in Great Oak Farm. In Newtown, home sales included a small ranch in the southwest corner of town and a completely remodeled split level that had sold for $140,000 in March.
