Monroe Arrests: DUI, Narcotics Charges

All the information is provided by the Monroe Police Department and all the charges are accusations at this point.

Recent arrests in Monroe:

  • Grace Calovine, 51, of Trumbull was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on Dec. 20. Police observed Calovine traveling north on Route 25 swerving towards the center line and almost striking the officer’s cruiser in the 400 block of Route 25. She was given a $500 bond and a court date of Dec. 29.
  • Anthony Vigilone, 22, of Monroe was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and an infraction for possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana on Dec. 21. Vigilone was stopped for a traffic violation on Zoar Road when officers smelled marijuana inside the vehicle and found two prescription pills that were sedatives, marijuana and 0.3 grams of heroin. He was given a $500 bond and a court date of Dec. 30.
