Monroe Election Results 2021: Vote Tally Reportedly Under Review
Thousands of Monroe residents cast votes Tuesday in the 2021 municipal election, but some counts reportedly did not match up.

MONROE, CT — While Republican First Selectman Ken Kellogg won re-election as an unopposed candidate, votes from two districts in Monroe will be recounted, reported the Connecticut Post.
The machine counts and the number of ballots in districts 1 and 2 reportedly will recounted Wednesday, which will delay the unofficial tally.
Even with the recount looming, it appeared as if Republicans would hold power in Monroe, Kellogg told the Post.
