Monroe Man Accused of Stealing, Then Pawning, Gold Necklace

The Monroe man was hired to do work at a Fairfield home when the homeowner reported the items missing.

According to Minuteman Press, a Monroe man was charged with stealing jewelry from a home in Fairfield.


The resident called police to report a gold necklace and gold charm was missing after workers were in her house. Police who located the items at the East Coast Pawn Shop in Bridgeport.

Fredrik Brian Loulis, 40, of Monroe, was arrested and charged with third-degree larceny.
