Monroe Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography
Police obtained a search warrant for the man's home and found child porn depciting children in sexually abusive scenes.

A Monroe man was charged after he was found to be in possession of child pornography.
Police arrested William Siclari, 64, on Feb. 24 and charged him with first-degree possession of child pornography and for promoting a minor in an obscene performance.
The Monroe Police Department received a complaint regarding Siclari in January 2015 and a search warrant was obtained for his residence.

After an investigation and several digital forensic examinations, suspected child pornography depicting children in sexually abusive sex scenes was located, which included some children under the age of 10.
Siclari was released after posting a $50,000 surety bond and given a court date of March 4.
