Monroe Man Stole Money From His Employer's Safe: Police
Orange police say the man worked for Guitar Center at the time of the incident.

Orange police say John Soltesz, 23, of Bridge Road in Monroe turned himself at police headquarters after learning of a warrant for his arrest.
The warrant stemmed from an investigation into money missing from the store safe at Guitar Center, located at 50 Boston Post Road, police said.
The arrestee, employed by Guitar Center at the time of the theft, allegedly admitted to taking $500 from the safe while he was working, police said. A warrant was obtained for his arrest, and he is charged with sixth-degree larceny.

He is released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Derby on Dec. 7.
