Monroe Police Officers Honored

MONROE, CT -- Monroe police officers Mike Johnson and Mike DeCarli were honored this week by Mothers Against Drunk Driving, who bestowed on them their Law Enforcement Recognition Awards. Officer Johnson was also recognized for recently becoming a Drug Recognition Expert.

MADD is a non-profit organization in the United States and Canada founded in 1980 whose goal is stop drunk driving, support those affected by it, prevent underage drinking and work towards stricter impaired driving policies.
