Monroe Police Seek Public Help Identifying Robbery Suspect
A reward is being offered by the Connecticut Bankers Reward Association

MONROE, CT — Police are reaching out to the public for help identifying a suspect in a bank robbery, depicted here in a still from a surveillance camera.
At around 6:50 p.m. Wednesday, the Monroe police responded to a report of a bank robbery at the People's Bank branch located inside Stop and Shop on Route 111. No details have been provided regarding how much money was taken or if a weapon was used.
Police request that anyone who may have witnessed the incident contact them at 203-261-3622.

The Connecticut Bankers Reward Association is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person who allegedly robbed the bank.
