Monroe Resident Keeps On Winning: 3rd Big Scratch-Off Prize In A Year
A Monroe resident hit the lottery twice last year, and again this past week.
MONROE, CT — Lightning has struck three times for one Monroe resident.
On Thursday, Rana Wassouf Dib purchased a winning lottery ticket from Global Montello.
Dib played 30X Cash 9th Edition, which paid out $30,000.

Although that was an extraordinary bit of luck in its own right, what is genuinely mind-boggling is that Dib won another $10,000 off a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket last August. Dib began her streak in January, when she scored $20,000 after cashing in a 20X Cash 5th Edition ticket from FM One Stop shop in Monroe.
