Monroe Public Schools are on a 90-minute delay due to icy road conditions. Drivers are urged to slow down and stay home if possible.

WFSB Meteorologist Scot Haney is reporting black ice, a coastal flood warning and a wind advisory for Fairfield County. There are multiple accidents and road conditions are a “complete nightmare,” according to Haney.
