Monroe Sees Slow Home Sales Last Week

Two condos and one single-family home, plus four in Newtown, change hands.

Home sales in Monroe slowed a little last week, as just three residential properties, a moderately priced single-family and two condos, changed hands. Just north in Newtown, there was a little more activity, but still in the low-to-middle price range.
