Monroe Teen Arrested For DUI After Crash: Trumbull PD
The teen had to be extricated from the vehicle.
TRUMBULL, CT — A Monroe teenager was arrested on DUI charges after he crashed his vehicle into a pole, according to police.
The crash happened June 4 around 1:30 a.m. on Tashua Road. Operator Richard Chockey, 18, had to be extricated from the vehicle.
Officers obtained a search warrant for his hospital records and found that his blood-alcohol level was .15, police said.

He turned himself in on a warrant July 15 and was charged with DUI under 21-years-old, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive in the proper lane.
