Monroe Town Attorney Suddenly Passes Away
Town Attorney Jeremy Hayden suddenly passed away. He had been the town attorney for the past two years.
MONROE, CT — Town Attorney Jeremy Hayden passed away suddenly, First Selectman Ken Kellogg said.
"As our Town Attorney, Jeremy provided incredible responsiveness and flexibility to the highly demanding and dynamic nature of supporting local government," Kellogg said on Facebook. "My deepest sympathies to his family on this tragic loss. He will be greatly missed."
Hayden previously served on the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Inland Wetlands Commission. He had been town attorney for two years.
