December 16, 2016 was an historic date for newly formed Troop 203 Monroe-Trumbull, sponsored by St. Stephen Church on Main St. The troop's first Court of Honor was held to recognize the hard work and perseverance of two scouts. Nicholas Hancox was presented his Scout Rank by Assistant Scoutmaster Phil Philbrick and Robert Hancox was presented his First Class Rank by Assistant Scoutmaster Peter Grose. Senior Patrol Leader Bradley Grose assisted with both presentations.
Troop 203 Monroe - Trumbull, meets on Sundays (when not camping) at 7 pm at St. Stephen Church on Main St and has an open door visitation policy for all boys 11 to 17 years of age and for Cub Scouts who have or will have the Arrow of Light Award. A very engaged and welcoming parent committee offers the opportunity for all parents to become involved with Troop 203.
