Heavy rains and flooding are expected with strong wind gusts.

• Late Afternoon - Rain. High near 40. Wind chill values between 30 and 35. Breezy, with a north wind around 21 mph, with gusts as high as 34 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
• Tonight - Rain. Steady temperature around 40. Wind chill values between 30 and 35. Breezy, with a north wind 14 to 20 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New precipitation amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible.
• Wednesday - Rain and snow showers likely, becoming all rain after 9am. Cloudy, with a high near 39. Wind chill values between 25 and 30. North wind around 14 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
