Milford police say Diana Rowland, 44, of Elm Street in Monroe is accused of issuing two bad checks to Costco at 1718 Boston Road in the amount of $110 and $279 on April 2. Police say they charged Rowland on an arrest warrant on August 8, and she is charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and two counts of issuing a bad check. She is released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford on September 1.
