The woman later identified as Audra Smith, 47 then entered the restaurant and sat at their table and began to drink wine from one of their glasses, police said. She asked the patron to call 911 stating that “they” would know why.
According to police, the patron got up to call the manager when Smith stood up, began to walk out of the restaurant. While walking out of the restaurant, she allegedly picked up a wine glass from a table and threw it at the wall causing it to shatter.

Police said that Smith then walked out of the restaurant, knocked over two planters and began to walk down the middle of Route 25.
She then reentered the restaurant and locked herself into the ladies restroom, police said.
An officer was able to convince Smith to leave the restaurant and upon interviewing her outside, she claimed to have a medical condition, police said.
According to police, emergency medical personnel determined that her behavior was not due to a medical condition. Smith was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
An arrest warrant was obtained for Smith, and after learning of this warrant she surrendered herself for arrest on June 25.
Smith was charged with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief. She was given a $1,000 bond and a court date of July 3.
