Obituary: Jean M. Hudock, 83, of Monroe

MONROE, CT — Jean M. Hudock, 83, of Monroe, died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 2018. Daughter of the late John and Frances (Rokita) Tetlak, Jean was born in Dupont and was preceded in death by her son, Michael L. Hudock.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 64 years, Michael Hudock, of Monroe, Conn.; children Mark (Kathy) Hudock, of San Diego, Calif., Monica (Bruce) Prangley, of Fairfield, Conn., and Darryl (Jan) Hudock, of Centennial, Colo.; beloved grandchildren, Shawn Hudock, April Degilio, Alyssa Hudock, Eliza Prangley and Madeleine Prangley; four great-grandchildren; brother Edward (Peggy) Tetlak, of Dupont; in-laws Regina and Rosemary Hudock and Frank Warunek; and many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Her 64 years in Connecticut were devoted to her family, her garden and her faith.

The funeral will be held at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, from Baloga Funeral Home Inc., 1201 Main St., Pittston (Port Griffith). Office of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy is at 11 a.m. in St. Michael's Byzantine Catholic Church, 205 N. Main St., Pittston. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
