Monroe Parks and Recreation Offers Yoga Class

Fall yoga classes to start October 15.

Yoga can offer tremendous benefits for one’s body and mind. It builds strength and increases flexibility, boosts confidence and improves focus, promotes weight loss and longevity. It also cultivates self-discipline, improves breath control, achieves balance and corrects posture. Our instructor is Lilia Wills, an experienced Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, graduate of the Lotus Gardens Yoga School, and regular yoga practitioner. Yoga is for everyone: all genders, all ages and all abilities. Max of 15 participants for all sessions. Please register on-line at the Monroe Parks and Recreation website, www.monroerec.org.

Requirements for class: yoga mat, comfortable apparel for activities, water bottle, try to refrain from eating one to two hours before class.

Join us at our new location at Bliss Yoga, 160 Main Street in Monroe.
