Route 34 Between Monroe and Oxford to Close for Dam Repairs
Maintenance work is being done on the Stevenson Dam.
Route 34 located over the Stevenson Dam will be closed in both directions between Monroe and Oxford from May 2-5, the Valley Indy reports.
The route is being closed for maintenance work on the dam.
According to the paper, traffic will be detoured using state Route 111, Route 110 and Bridge Street in Shelton. Long distance traffic is advised to take Route 8 and I-84 to avoid the dam.
