Snow and Sleet on the Way for Monroe
The National Weather Service is predicting snow and sleet for Tuesday afternoon and Friday in our area.
Tuesday afternoon could be filled with snow and sleet, according to the National Weather Service. There is an 80 percent chance of precipitation for our area for Tuesday afternoon and Tuesday night with more snow on the way on Friday evening. Roads could be slippery and icy as temperatures drop.

Chance of precipitation is 80%. Total daytime snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
- Tonight: Rain, snow, and sleet before 2am, then a chance of rain. Low around 33. East wind 5 to 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

- Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 40. Calm wind becoming northwest 5 to 9 mph in the morning.

- Friday: A chance of rain after 3pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 40. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
