Newtown Sees More Residential Sales Activity

The Fairfield County Multiple Listing Service shows 60 home sales so far this year in Monroe, and the past week brought two, both single-family homes below $350,000. Newtown outpaced Monroe, posting five closings in the past week and 102 since January 1.
