Two Modest Homes Sell in Monroe Last Week

Newtown sees twice as much action.

Home sales this spring in Monroe are chugging along at a pace of about two each week. This week we saw two homes of similar size, price and age, though the listing for the Jockey Hollow home says it was completely renovated. Just north in Newtown, sales included two Lake Zoar area ranches needing renovation, and two colonials, one just about double both the size and the price of the other.
