Two Similar Homes Sell In Monroe

A larger lot commands the larger price.

Two colonials of similar size and age sold in Monroe last week. One that was eight years older but had more than twice as much land sold for $40,000 more. North in Newtown, three colonials, in a slightly wider price range, sold, as did a condo in a 55-amd-over community.
