2 Mohegan Sun Players Win Nearly $1 Million In Jackpots One Week Apart

UNCASVILLE, CT — Two lucky guests at Mohegan Sun won table game jackpots worth more than $450,000 each during a one-week span in May, with the combined payouts totaling nearly $1 million.

According to Mohegan Sun, the jackpots were won through side bets on table games, highlighting some of the casino's progressive jackpot offerings.

The first big win came May 10 at a Blackjack table in Casino of the Sky. A guest won $458,952 after hitting a four-card royal flush while placing a $5 Super 4 Progressive side bet.

Just one week later, on May 17, another guest struck a jackpot at a Four Card Poker table in Casino of the Earth. The player won $481,892 after placing a side bet and landing a royal flush in hearts.

The two jackpots were the largest table game wins recorded at Mohegan Sun during May, totaling $940,844.

Mohegan Sun features more than 300 table games, many of which offer optional side bets that can trigger progressive jackpots.
