2 Montville Housing Board Members Charged With Misusing Credit Cards

Two members of the Montville Housing Authority are facing charges that they misused credit cards, according to a report.

MONTVILLE, CT — Two former Montville Housing Authority members have been charged with misusing the organization's credit cards, The New London Day reported. Patty DiGioia-Evrett, 62, of Waterford, and Michael Brower, 62, of Stonington, were charged with second-degree larceny, second-degree conspiracy to commit larceny, and illegal use of a credit card.

The two are accused of causing $34,323 in losses by misusing the credit cards.
