1. Hearing On 99-Year Lease Of PTA Lane Land

What to know: The Town Council will take public comment on an ordinance authorizing the mayor to lease about 1.81 acres of town property known as PTA Lane to MONTVILLE 1 LLC for 99 years, under a proposed lease on file with the mayor, according to the notice. 2. New Permanent Building Committee Holds First Meeting
When: Tuesday, Oct. 13, 5 p.m.
